Hello! Here are my Terms of Service (TOS), which apply to all my adoptables. Please read them carefully to avoid misunderstandings. I am not responsible if the buyer did not read them before purchasing.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise, the adoptable will be put back on sale.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal or Ko-fi.
• The adoptable will be delivered via email or th (ToyHouse) once the payment is confirmed.
• No refunds or returns are accepted.
• Holds are only available for Auto-Buy (AB).
• I only accept serious offers. If you place a fake bid, you will be added to the blacklist.
• Adoptables can be gifted or traded only if you include at least 2 extra art pieces.
◦ If you decide to gift or trade the adoptable, let me know and make sure the new owner is aware of these TOS.
• Regarding resale
◦ The adoptable may be resold at the same price for which it was originally purchased.
◦ If the adoptable includes additional artwork, the resale price must reflect a fair value in relation to the extra art.
• Adoptables obtained through giveaways may not be sold unless commercial use rights are acquired.
• You are allowed to redesign the character if you'd like.
• Please remember to credit me for the design and the base creators (only if a base was used).
• Commercial use is not included. If you’d like to purchase commercial usage rights, please ask first.
• I may include the adoptable’s artwork in my portfolio (with a watermark).
